ADRIAN TRENDALL | UK GUIDE

Adrian Trendall is a Mountain Guide based on the Isle of Skye, Scotland.

 

As a busy photographer, author, and guide, Adrian is mostly fuelled by coffee and cakes. Located at Glen Brittle at the base of the Cuillin mountain range, Adrian lives with his wife, Bridgette and Kitty, the Black Cuillin Cat.

Adrian notes that his favourite climbing experiences were conquering the Nose and Salathe Wall on El Cap in Yosemite and the North face of the Grande Jorasses. Additionally, during the incredible winter of 2018, completing the winter traverse of the Cuillin ridge twice in two weeks.

Adrian authored the Cuillin Ridge Traverse guidebook for Cicerone Press and has written several articles over the years for BMC's Summit, Trek & Mountain and UKClimbing.com, among others.

Adrian also hosts his popular website All Things Cuillin which covers his adventures, photography, popular climbs and scrambles on the Isle of Skye, and gear reviews.
